How much are tickets?

We offer a graduated pricing system to make tickets more affordable the earlier they are purchased.

2018 Weekend Camping Ticket Prices are as follows:

  • Babies (0-24 months) - £1.00

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

Yes, providing we still have tickets remaining, weekend and day tickets will be available for sale at the gate – but they will be a higher price than available online.

Can I buy a one-day ticket?

Yes, individual day tickets will be released at a later date.

What type of ticket must I purchase for my family?

As of 2018 every person, both adults and children, require a barcoded ticket to gain access to Sunflowerfest. Each adult is required to have either an adult Day Ticket or have a Family Camping Ticket and be accompanied by at least one child in order to be issued a Family Camping Wristband. Each child also requires an appropriate child Ticket.

  • Kids - aged 12 and under - must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+ at all times.
  • Teens - aged 13-15 - must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 25+ at all times.
  • 16 & 17 year olds who wish to camp must camp in Family Camping and be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 25+.

Please bring proof of age (birth certificate/passport) for any child who looks older than their years. Teenagers may be asked for ID. If the person’s age cannot be verified then they will be required to pay for an adult ticket to gain entry.

What time do gates open?


  • 11:00am for family camping
  • 12:00 midday for general camping
  • 13:00 (1pm) for day tickets
  • Friday day tickets must leave site by 01:00am Saturday


  • Gates open at 10.00am for all visitors
  • Saturday day tickets must leave site by 01:00am Sunday


  • Gates open at 10.00am for all visitors
  • Sunday day tickets must leave the site by 11.30pm
  • Gates closed to new visitors coming in at 9.00pm each day.
  • Weekend campers must vacate the site by 12.00 midday Monday 30th July.

What ACCESS arrangements and facilities are there?

Sunflowerfest is an all-inclusive festival and we encourage anyone with a disability or special needs to contact us ahead of the festival so we can discuss your needs. Should you, a friend or family member wish to visit the festival site before the festival we would be happy to show you around. All enquiries should be emailed to

In addition to any individual arrangements we may make in advance with you, we have the following arrangements available for those who may need them:

  • Disabled parking located right next to the main entrance, remember to bring your blue badge.
  • Accessible toilets throughout the festival site.
  • Dedicated volunteers to assist you both in the car park and inside the festival site.

Will I be able to get into my car during the festival?

Yes, you are free to access your car, however, access to the car-park will be restricted after 1.00am when the festival site is locked down.

Am I able to leave the festival site and come back again?

Yes, you are free to come and go as you please, providing you have the correct wristband.

When do I have to leave?

This is dependent on what ticket you have purchased. Weekend campers have to leave by 12:00 noon on the Monday after the festival. Day ticket holders must leave by 1am on Friday and Saturday and by 11:30pm on Sunday.

Do you have cash-card facilities on site?

Cash card services and cash back will be available at the bar. We are trying to make cash card services available at the gate for 2018 and will update this site and make an announcement via social media when we have this confirmed.

Can I bring my pets with me?

Due to Health and Safety regulations there is a strict NO PETS rule across the entire festival site. This includes car parks and camp sites. Only registered guide/hearing dogs will be permitted.

Will there be phone charging facilities on site?

Yes, we will have a phone charging station on site (fees may apply).
